Shipping Terms & Condition
◆ Shipping Fees
ー Domestic Shipping

Shipping fee: ¥770 (tax included) flat rate (Free shipping on orders over ¥18,000)

For Okinawa and remote islands, the fee is ¥1,200 (tax included).
Domestic shipments are sent via Sagawa Express or Japan Post (exceptions may apply).
ー International Shipping
Shipping fees vary by region:

Asia: ¥3,000 (Free shipping on orders over ¥25,000)

Oceania/North America: ¥4,500 (Free shipping on orders over ¥28,000)

Europe/South America/Africa: ¥5,500 (Free shipping on orders over ¥30,000)
Any customs duties, import taxes, and related fees that may occur are the customer's responsibility.
We cannot be held responsible for any loss or shipping issues once the package has been dispatched.
◆ Delivery Time
For standard shipping, we will arrange for shipment within 1 to 14 days after payment is confirmed (delivery time may vary depending on the destination and stock availability).
If you have a preferred delivery date, please indicate it when placing your order or contact us via our Contact page (we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on stock availability).
Please note that during announced shipping delays, long holidays and New Year’s, or high order volumes during new product launches, the delivery time may exceed 14 days.
We are currently unable to accept specific delivery method or date requests. Please contact the designated shipping carrier once you receive the shipping confirmation email.
◆ Cancellations Due to High Demand or Out of Stock
All Shoyo products are handmade and have limited stock. In cases of high demand, it may be possible to place orders beyond our available stock due to the payment system. If this happens, we may need to cancel orders confirmed after the stock is depleted. We will notify you by email and refund the full amount paid. Thank you for your understanding.
◆ Address, Phone Number, and Email Address Errors
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or long-term absence, the order will be canceled. Please place a new order if you still wish to purchase the item.
If the package is not received and is returned to us, the shipping fee for both the initial and return shipment, packing materials, and any bank transfer fees will be charged to the customer.
Please double-check your information for accuracy when placing your order.
Note: If we identify fraudulent activities, such as providing a non-existent address, intentionally refusing to receive the package, or claiming an unjustified long-term absence, we may refuse to issue a refund and pursue legal action.
Returns & Exchanges
◆ Returns and exchanges
As a general rule, we do not accept product exchanges, returns or cancellations.
Since all items are handmade, the color, shape, and seams may vary slightly from what is stated.
As an exception, we will only accept exchanges or returns if the product you receive is different from the one you ordered or if there is a defect in the product (shipping costs will be borne by us).
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item by Contact or email (info@shoyoclothing.com) with a description of the item's condition and photos.
Please also note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
・Used products
・Washed products
・Items that are missing accessories such as tags
・Products that have been scratched, damaged or soiled by the customer
